Returns
14 days from delivery to start a return online. A flat £5 return label fee covers a prepaid InPost label (a QR code, no printer needed). Faulty or wrong items are free.
How returns work
- Start a return within 14 days of delivery: enter your order number and email, tick the items and tell us why.
- Pay the flat £5 return label fee on the returns page. It covers a prepaid InPost return label.
- We email your prepaid InPost label as a QR code. Drop your parcel at any InPost locker or shop and scan it. No printer needed.
- Once your parcel reaches us and we've checked it, we refund the returned items to your original payment method.

How long do I have?
14 days from delivery to start a change-of-mind return. Items should be unworn and unwashed, with no marks.
What does it cost?
A flat £5 return label fee, whatever you send back. You pay it on the returns page and it covers a prepaid InPost label. There's no restocking fee. Faulty, damaged or wrong items are free.
Where do I drop it off?
At any InPost locker or InPost shop in the UK. Scan the QR code we email you and the locker opens. No label to print.
My item is faulty, damaged or wrong
That's on us and it's free. Choose "Faulty, damaged or wrong item" as the reason and send us a photo within 28 days of delivery. We'll replace or refund it, and you don't need to send it back.
When do I get my refund?
Once your parcel reaches us and we've checked it, we refund the returned items to your original payment method. The £5 return label fee isn't refunded for change-of-mind returns.
Can I return Nutrition products?
Nutrition products are food and supplements, so for hygiene and safety they can't be returned once opened. If something arrives damaged or wrong, contact us within 14 days.
Can I exchange for another size?
Start a return for the item, then order the size you need. Every piece is printed to order, so this is the quickest way.
